Delamere Air Weapons Range New Mobile Site Caravan in the Northern Territory

Our caravans are now reaching new remote locations. One of our mobile site caravans is on it’s way to Delamere Air Weapons Range. Our transport company delivering the caravan stopped over at Barkly Homestead for a much deserved break. Barkly Homestead is a remote roadhouse situated on the Barkly Highway, halfway between Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory and Camooweal in Queensland. It is the first and only stop for travellers crossing the border into the Territory, providing welcome relief from an overall journey of over 460km between towns!

Gunsyn Hire Caravans are perfect for remote locations as mains power is not required. All our vans are fitted with generators and battery backup to keep the fridge going for up to 30 hours, even when the generator is not in use. The air conditioner will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter… which is especially needed in places like the Northern Territory where temperatures can reach 35-40 degrees Celsius.
